okay this is a tutorial to show you all how to take the flag for your goals this year and edit on them and then send them back to me via email the first thing you want to do is go to your email and popsicles flag this is top dollar to go ahead and talk there should pull up and it's like this tap again and will see it enlarged turn your iPad sideways and then take a screenshot hit the home button and the top right button at the same time and now we have our screenshot at the top of your screenshot you will see the PDF and this year's goals we don't need all that so let's just take our finger and drink that down okay now that's all cleaned up so what it's actually add our information at the bottom you'll see pick and you'll see different color choices so I'm going to go to the pin first I'm going to top on the one on the far left if I double tap it will pull up different width of your actual writing so for the top Banner where I'm going to put my name I'm going to go with the largest width and then now I can come over and I can tap the circle with the black. But the rainbows around it and I can pick what color I want so I want my name to stand out so I'm going to do something dark right now I'm going to write my name so now it's time for me to actually write my goals since I have a lot to write I'm going to and I'm going to do a little bit smaller with gradient of whip and actually I think I'll change the color then I go to the ER what learn how to be a crate virtual teacher now of course I would want my students to add a little more detail and stopped but this is just a tutorial so I'm going to stop there maybe I want to color size of my banner so I'm going to do the highlighter this time make it colorful so yellow and I can just draw in again you can also change the width of your highlighter so just double tap on each utensil down here to write with and it will show you your options in the middle circle maybe I want to draw something that is something I enjoyed doing so I enjoy be watching football the night draw above all here all right so now I am ready to share I think that there are going to be two ways that you can do this first you can hit the sharrow button which is in the top right of your document right here head. And I see the mail sign now I am on a teacher iPad so this may or may not work for the student iPads unfortunately I don't have it soon. with me so I can't tell right now but if it does work you can have mail and then type in who's it going to sew Elizabeth faraci Ferris and once you start typing in my name it should and then all you have to do is hit spend with the flu circle with the white arrow on your rights I'm going to cancel this because for students you may or may not have the option if you don't have other options to just as a sharrow and send to me via mail then you can hit done in the top left saved all right it's safe now let me go to photos and there it is I'm going to pull up what I just created and then I'm going to hit the share button now I should hopefully be able to message to Miss Farris e Farr hey and then subject I put golf live and then then if it doesn't work for you don't stress this is all a learning opportunities for myself for parents the learning coaches the students everyone but hopefully this video tutorial at least gives you some idea of how to successfully complete this assignment and play around with it if it doesn't work the fur time that's what I have had to do many times over so we're all in this together and we're going to have a great year with our CVA Virtual Academy
