Schilling Farms Elementary School proudly stands among six Collierville Schools recognized by the Capturing Kids' Hearts organization. This acknowledgment reflects the intentional efforts of our teachers, administrators, and staff in upholding the EXCEL model throughout the first year of implementation. 

The EXCEL framework—Engage, Xplore, Communicate, Empower, and Launch—serves as a cornerstone for building meaningful relationships and cultivating positive classroom environments.
